1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Kick's Chicken. By accessing our website, placing an order by phone at (417) 676-7985, or dining at our fast-casual location at 1369 E Sunshine St, Springfield, MO 65804, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Restaurant Operations & Carryout Orders

Kick's Chicken operates fast-casual dine-in and carryout services Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Closed Sundays and Mondays).

• Preparation & Freshness: Every carryout order is hand-breaded and fried fresh to order. We kindly ask that you pick up your order promptly upon arrival to enjoy peak crunch and heat.
• Menu Pricing & Availability: Menu items, seasonal sides, and pricing are subject to change based on ingredient availability without prior notice.
• Order Changes & Cancellations: Because our kitchen begins freshly frying your food shortly after receiving your order, cancellation requests must be made immediately by telephone at (417) 676-7985.

3. Food Allergens & Dietary Information

Our signature chicken tenders are hand-dredged in seasoned wheat flour and cooked in dedicated commercial fryers. Dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, and seasonings are prepared throughout our Springfield kitchen.

While our culinary team follows strict food handling protocols, cross-contact with allergens may occur. Customers with severe food sensitivities or allergies should speak directly with our team prior to ordering.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All content on this website—including the Kick's Chicken name, typography logo, sneaker-wearing chicken mascot, photographs, recipes, and graphics—is the proprietary property of Kick's Chicken LLC and co-owners Kyle and Xavier. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website and its navigation tools (including directions via Apple Maps and Google Maps) are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Kick's Chicken LLC will not be held liable for technical interruptions, navigation routing errors, or third-party service outages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Greene County, Missouri.
